ABOUT AIM
|
The
Ashley, Indiana facility was established in the
1980’s and has over 30 years of manufacturing
experience, specializing in compression molded
plastic composites. The facility was part of the
Corporate Acquisitions and Mergers that
consolidated the SMC Compression Molders supply
base in the 1990's. In 2001, Ashley Industrial
Molding (AIM) was formed when several managers
purchased the Ashley facility.
AIM has had the opportunity to take the
experience of supplying several different
marketplaces and incorporate the best practices
of each market into our everyday operations.
Lean Manufacturing, Just-In-Time, Kaizen Events
and Continuous Improvement are ingrained in our
company culture.
AIM has stayed true to our customer base and
continues to provide quality parts for their
marketplaces. The focus has been, and continues
to be, serving customers via dedication to
constant improvement in safety, quality and
delivery, always working to meet and exceed our
customers’ expectations.
Ashley Industrial Molding currently has four
locations: two Indiana manufacturing plants in
Ashley and Kendallville, a manufacturing plant
in Oelwein, Iowa, and a technical and sales
development office in São Paulo, Brazil.
